THE CONNECTION THAT MATTERS

Technology is only
part of the solution.

25 years of operational and capability development experience

RF Strategic Solutions draws on 25 years of experience supporting the U.S. Army and U.S. Special Operations Command across tactical and strategic Signals Intelligence and Electronic Warfare operations, program development and management, and capability development for requirements unique to Special Operations Forces.

A promising product needs a clear operational purpose and a path to delivery. An operational requirement needs a realistic view of what technology can do—and where it falls short.

RF Strategic Solutions works across that divide. We help government customers define what they need and help private sector product owners shape what they build into end-to-end deliverable capabilities.

TWO PERSPECTIVES. ONE CLEAR OBJECTIVE.

Built around your side
of the mission.

01 / FOR GOVERNMENT

Define the need.
Find the capability.

Translate operational challenges into clear requirements and informed technology decisions.

  • Requirements developmentRefine needs into actionable capability requirements.
  • Acquisition documentationDraft Statements of Work and Requests for Proposals that communicate scope and expected outcomes.
  • Commercial product evaluationAssess available products against operational needs.
  • Gap analysisIdentify limitations and the enhancements needed to close them.
  • Appropriations and acquisition planningApply an understanding of Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), Procurement, and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) appropriations to help government customers align requirements, funding and acquisition strategies.

02 / FOR INDUSTRY

Reach the customer.
Refine the solution.

Align your product with government needs and develop a credible path to a complete capability.

  • Customer alignmentConnect product owners with potential government customers and their operational priorities.
  • Product refinementUse customer needs to focus enhancements and development decisions.
  • Capability developmentShape individual products into end-to-end deliverable capabilities.
  • Technical positioningExplain where your technology fits, what it enables and what still needs to be developed.

FLEXIBLE CONTRACTING. RESPONSIVE DELIVERY.

A contracting approach
that supports the need.

We support customers across contract types and acquisition vehicles, tailoring our approach to the requirement and acquisition strategy.

For recurring or evolving needs, we recommend considering an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle where appropriate. A well-structured IDIQ can streamline ordering, reduce administrative effort and support cost and schedule efficiencies—helping customers address emerging requirements and deliver capabilities at the pace of operational need.

OUR APPROACH

Keep the mission
